Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns of custom jewelry or items that do not have their original tag. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can exchange or receive store credit for your items within 3 days of the shipment's arrival date. We accept items that are free of scratches, stains, size alterations, and without signs of use or wear; otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit or refund. For special orders, such as engraved items, custom ring sizes, custom chain measurements, and custom pendants, returns are not accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

Leydi Cash Jewelry reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once we have received and accepted your item(s), you will receive a full store credit for the cost of the item, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance charges. If a refund is requested, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please allow 7 to 12 business days after receiving the item for your credit to be processed. Credits will be issued using a store gift card.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND ANY ORDER WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number FROM US. We will not be responsible for any jewelry lost when returned without authorization.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us at leydicash@aol.com or call us. You have 24 hours to cancel from the moment the order was placed. After that, a 20% restocking fee will apply for the cancellation of any custom item (such as personalized pendants or special chain sizes) and a 6% restocking fee for regular orders. Sales are final without exceptions if the order was made with customer-provided materials (Gold, Silver, etc.). For questions about our cancellation policy, contact us.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please follow our 3 simple steps below:

GET YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:

Contact us at leydicash@aol.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and detailed shipping and packaging instructions.

PACKAGE YOUR ORDER:

Repackage the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund credit, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the RMA number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional items or free gifts included with the order must be returned; otherwise, you will be charged the full retail price of the item.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE:

Once you have received your RMA number, send the paid item to the address provided in your email. For your protection, we recommend sending returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included or if it has been damaged or tampered with. For security reasons, do not write "Leydi Cash Jewelry" or the contents of the package on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
