We do not accept returns on customized jewelry or items without their original tag. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange or receive store credit for your item(s) within 3 days from the date of arrival of the shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing alterations, and without signs of wear or tear; otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from store credit or refund. For Special Orders such as engraved items, custom ring sizes, custom chain measurements, and custom pendants, no returns are accepted. Any orders returned undeliverable or refused by the recipient will incur a $29.95 charge, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If your delivered item has any defects, please contact us, and we will arrange the return of the product to fix it for you and ship it back.

RETURN PROCESS

Leydi Cash Jewelry reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive full store credit for the cost of the item, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance charges. If a money-back request is made, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please allow 7-12 business days after the item(s) have been received for your credit to be processed. Credits will be issued using a store gift card.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND BACK ANY ORDERS WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) FROM US. We will not be liable for any lost jewelry sent back without authorization.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at Leydicash@aol.com or call us. You have 24 hours to cancel from the time the order was placed. After that, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for the cancellation of any custom-order items (such as custom pendants or special chain sizes) and a 6% restocking fee for regular orders. Sales are final with no exceptions if the order was placed with customer-provided materials (Gold, Silver, etc.). For questions regarding our cancellation policy, please contact us.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please follow our 3 easy steps below:

OBTAIN YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:

Contact us at store@leydicashjewelry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions.

PACKAGE YOUR ORDER:

Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund credit, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the RMA number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional items or free gifts included with the order must be returned; otherwise, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item prepaid to the address provided in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included or if it has been damaged or tampered with. For security purposes, do not write "Leydi Cash Jewelry" or the contents of the package on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
